CX CENTRIC has partnered with Révérien Uwacu to conduct research on the Employee Experience.


The objective of this research project are as follows:

  • To assess the current challenges faced by teams today
  • To identify emerging patterns and trends in teamwork
  • To identify critical success factors for successful teams today

  • Publish Results: October 2020
