If you have a passion for improving Patient Experience or you work within Healthcare, you are welcome to join this working group.

This working group will follow an innovation process with the following objectives:

Identify key patient personas and important patient journeys
Identify and present pain points and opportunities to improve the patient experience
Evaluate how technology can be leveraged to improve the patient experience

The working group will meet online on a bi-monthly basis, starting from February 2024. We will share real case studies, have keynote presentations from healthcare professionals from different continents. But the main focus will be working together to improve patient experience and get to some real solutions.
