As you may know CX Centric has recently released Journey View. Journey View connects Product Teams, Operations Teams, Project Teams and CX Teams together. It also allows customer journeys and feedback to prioritised and linked to delivery work directly Jira or Azure DevOps. It gives management clear traceability from customer need to epics, stories, iterations, and measurable customer and business value.
